I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was memorable. They even picked me up from the bus station when I arrived! The traditional breakfast and dinner included in the room price were absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The hotel also had both indoor and outdoor onsen, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The location, nestled in the mountains about 75 minutes away from the city, provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and the helpfulness of the staff were exceptional.
No issues.

The hotel offered a fantastic traditional Japanese experience. The ryokan rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the outdoor onsen was a real treat. What really stood out were the friendly and helpful staff, always going out of their way to make us feel at home. Another bonus was the food - beautifully presented and delicious, we looked forward to every meal.
The hotel was located quite far from the town, and getting there required a bus ride of over an hour. This made it difficult to fully enjoy the area and experience the famous Spring Festival night parade.

We enjoyed our romantic escape at this hotel. the highlight of our stay was the warm and accommodating staff. They helped us with everything we needed despite the language barrier. the room had a lovely view of the surrounding fields and snow-capped mountains. It was also a short drive to nearby attractions.
There were limited food options, and we couldn't manage to book a room with half board. We wished the onsen had longer operating hours as we missed out on a morning soak.
